For download items a download link for your purchases will be sent to your email address after payment has been collected and verified.
Please be careful to enter your correct email address when registering.
Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for you to receive your download link.
Even though our emails are sent automatically some servers might experience delays that we cannot control.
Refund Policy
Our customer's satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Muze will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met:
● Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud).
● You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
A refund is eligible for 30 days from the date of purchase.
